KacsvMu™ wants customers to feel confident when purchasing clothing accessories from our store. The information below outlines the return window, eligibility requirements, shipping costs, and refund review process.

Return Requests and Approval

Contact our customer care team no later than 30 days after your order is delivered. A request submitted outside this period may be refused.

Products should not be mailed back without prior authorization. After approving your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Eligible Merchandise

To qualify for a return, an item must remain unused and in its original condition. Please include the original packaging whenever possible and provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, receipt, or another transaction record.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping is normally paid by the customer. KacsvMu™ will cover this cost only when the item was received damaged or defective, or when the return is caused by an error on our part.

Reviewing and Issuing Refunds

Once the returned package arrives, we will inspect the merchandise and inform you whether your refund has been approved. Any approved amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return is required because of a mistake made by KacsvMu™.
